As a Building Repair Network Coordinator, you'll manage and mentor a network of building service providers, ensuring they deliver quality repairs, meet compliance standards, and keep customers at the heart of everything they do.Key responsibilities Build strong relationships with providers and the Home Claims team to achieve top-tier repair outcomes.
Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive improvements in repair times, costs, quality, and compliance.
Coach providers through training and regular reviews.
Lead audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
Deliver technical and safety training to uphold industry standards.
About you Claims assessing or loss adjusting experience (buildings and contents).
Strong building knowledge; trade qualification or building certification desirable.
Contract management or building supply chain experience.
Confidence in stakeholder communication, report writing, and Microsoft Office.
A proactive, disciplined approach to time management and problem-solving.
