This is a leadership role focused on driving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead and optimise NORMA Pacific's warehousing and supply planning operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring product availability, improving inventory accuracy, streamlining warehouse processes, and supporting on-time, in-full (OTIF) customer delivery.

What you will be doing

  • Implement best-practice supply chain methodologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee demand planning, inventory management, and supply planning to ensure product availability.
  • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks to enhance efficiency and sales performance.
  • Develop and embed the Sales, Inventory, Operations, and Purchasing (SIOP) process.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of products (DIFOT, OTD, OTTR) to meet customer satisfaction targets.
  • Manage and contribute to both local and global continuous improvement projects.
  • Monitor and deliver against key performance indicators including inventory and productivity goals.
  • Champion a culture of safety, cost efficiency, and sustainable business growth.
  • Analyse and refine inventory processes, including leading stocktake activities.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential team members to support succession planning.
  • Oversee the financial management of the supply chain to drive strategic growth and profitability.

What we are looking for
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or an MBA.
  • Significant supply chain management experience, ideally in a high SKU environment.
  • Proficiency in lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering efficiency improvements and measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and commercial reporting skills.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience working with ERP systems—Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
  • End-to-end supply chain experience with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety best practices in a supply chain context.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.

With an excellent working environment and the potential to grow with a company really going places, this is a great opportunity for a motivated and passionate person to take their career to the next level.
