**What you'll do**:

- Welcome and assist our discerning customers with professionalism and a high level of service
- Provide expert advice on service options and explain processes clearly
- Communicate effectively with workshop teams to schedule and complete repairs promptly
- Order parts as needed and update customer records accurately
- Manage all relevant paperwork and ensure adherence to manufacturer and dealership warranty policies
- Prepare repair orders and job sheets to facilitate efficient workshop workflow and prompt invoicing

**What we're looking for**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a luxury or premium automotive environment is highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with computer systems and digital literacy
