Mercy Community is experiencing rapid growth and enhancements across our services. To support us through this change, we are seeking an administrative expert to join our People & Culture Team located in Nudgee. This role is offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
**About your role**:
Supporting our Chief People Office, and other senior members of the People and Culture team, you will be responsible for the efficient management of administration systems and processes. You will:
- Manage and maintain any calendar/diary appointments
- Support the People & Culture Executives with the preparation of documentation as required
- Coordinate events and meetings, including booking facilities, checking technology requirements, taking minutes and sending invitations
- Prepare all pre
- and post-meeting materials and reports as required
- Engage with stakeholders, both internal and external, in a professional manner including representing the organisation at networking events as required
- Manage files, credit card reconciliations, purchase orders and documentation as required
- Assist with reception coverage as needed
**About you**:
- 3-5 years in a high-level administration role
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and plan workflows
- Intermediate IT ability including financial and database systems
- Queensland Provisional Green Licence or above
