This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys variety, works well under pressure, and wants to be part of a supportive and growing business.Key Responsibilities Processing invoices and payments in multiple currencies Matching invoices to purchase orders and ensuring correct authorisations Uploading payments and issuing remittance advices Reconciling credit card receipts Assisting with general ad hoc finance tasks as required Supporting the Accounts Officers and wider finance team with administrative and reporting tasksAbout YouYou are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a busy environment.
You take pride in accuracy and efficiency, and you're able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
You'll also bring: Previous experience in accounts or finance support roles (Accounts Payable experience highly regarded) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Solid Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP) Understanding of accounting processes and reconciliations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help across different areas Experience with Business Central or other ERP systems (advantageous but not essential)Due to the high number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
