What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, as well as Payroll, for 5+ staff members.
  • Handle BAS, IAS, superannuation, EOFY reconciliations and compliance.
  • Deliver month-end reporting, reconciliations, journals and stock adjustments.
  • Support and review franchise site bookkeeping, wages and supplier payments.
  • Provide training and guidance to site bookkeepers when needed.
  • General ledger maintenance and reporting for Head Office entities, including property trusts
  • Assist with process improvements and reporting accuracy.

About You

  • Experience in a Bookkeeping / Accounting Role,
  • Experience with advanced MYOB knowledge.
  • Past responsibility for payroll, reconciliations, and compliance.
  • Accounting qualifications (preferred but not essential).
  • Great with Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Organised, detail-focused and able to meet deadlines.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys supporting others.
  • Positive, proactive and solutions-focused.
  • Driver's licence (for site visits across Victoria)
