About the Job

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Support workforce compliance by monitoring essential certifications and providing guidance on regulatory requirements.
    • Provide rostering support and monitoring.
    • Support credentialing processes to maintain workforce excellence and adherence to industry standards.
    • Support learning and development opportunities to build a skilled and capable team.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for improving systems and processes related to workforce management.
