Additionally, you will:

- Support the state BDM team
- Achieve success - help build a high performing panel of mortgage brokers
- Work together with the state BDM team to proactively improve the portfolio metrics
- Monitor risk and manage compliance requirements
- Build strong internal and external relationships

What you will bring:
In addition, you will have:

- Strong resilience and ability to work independently and under pressure
- A good understanding of lending credit policy
- Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, be responsive and results focused
- Strong work ethics and a good team player
