About the Job
As a Sales Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Qualifying leads and booking appointments with our expert brokers
  • Identifying opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences and being part of a high-energy, goal-driven team

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:Strong communication skills and a passion for helping peopleSales, retail, customer service, or call centre experience (preferred but not essential)A keen interest in property, finance, or mortgage brokingDrive and resilience to hit goals and maximise your earning potentialUnrestricted Australian working rights
