Agricultural Relationship Developer

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Relationship Developer to join our team, responsible for establishing and maintaining key relationships with growers in the hay industry.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of agronomy and associated characteristics of crop production and environmental impacts. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as high-level negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with growers to ensure security and quality of supply.
- Negotiate and manage hay purchases throughout the region.
- Coordinate and deliver field and testing services to support efficient production processes.
- A background in the farming/agriculture sector, ideally with exposure to the hay industry.
- Broad understanding of agronomy and associated characteristics of crop production and environmental impacts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to build credible relationships with growers.
- High level negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and be a self-starter.
