Job Title: Development Associate

Overview

The Edinburgh International Festival is seeking a Development Associate to lead the implementation of innovative fundraising strategies, ensuring an unparalleled celebration of the performing arts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow membership schemes, fostering supporter relationships, and designing revenue-generating appeals and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Development team in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility, creativity, and excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Support the Partnerships Officer in managing and growing relationships with corporate, international, and strategic partners.
  • Develop skills through hands-on experience with a portfolio of entry-level partners.
