**Who We Are**
Industry Fund Services (IFS) has been partnering with industry super funds since 1994 to help their members achieve a secure retirement. Our primary services include:

- Financial Advice solutions; comprising licensee services, service model design and related consultancy services; and
- The recovery of unpaid super to protect your members entitlements

**The Role**
We currently have a vacancy for an experienced financial services Operations Manager to join the IFS
**Advice Solutions **team. The focus of the
**Advice Solutions Operations Manager** role includes:

- The ongoing development of the Advice Operating Model and how we continue to add value to our clients whilst ensuring internal efficiencies; and
- Leading the financial advice technology and data strategy to set the direction and development of our client-facing technology.

We operate under our own AFSL and operate as a business to business to offer sophisticated and customised services to our clients within Industry Super. With a strong operational focus, the role requires knowledge and understanding of multiple operational disciplines and practices, as well as understanding of the day-to-day operations and challenges of a licensee and financial advice practice like ours.

A key leadership position, this role will be responsible for a team of diversly skilled specialists in technology as well as Finance Advice. Overall, the role's responsibilities include:

- Evolve the operating rhythm of the Advice Solutions Team,
- Process mapping of current processes to identify operational inefficiencies and plan for improvements,
- Review and advance the current project management skills and practices of the team,
- Build a technology roadmap that clearly articulates:

- the technology and data strategy,
- development and maintenance of a product portfolio including enhancement release cycles and
- service desk operations.
- Develop a stakeholder management framework that manages and leverages opportunities with 3rd party providers,
- Contribute to risk management practices as a member of the Advice Governance & Risk Committee,
- Build and maintain a risk dashboard for the committee to monitor and control key business activities,
- Maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement,
- Lead and develop the Advice Technology team.
