The opportunity
We're looking for a versatile, detail-oriented professional to step into a key role as Manager, Compliance Advice—a critical link between breach management and financial crime. This is a hands-on, data-enabled compliance role ideal for someone who thrives in variety and brings a mix of analytical, operational, and/or compliance experience.
You'll work with data analytics tools to drive critical reporting, incident tracking, and governance processes. Whether you're from a compliance, legal or claims background, if you're comfortable translating data into insight and navigating complexity, we want to hear from you.
Your new role
In this new role, you will:
- Support national compliance reporting, particularly incident and breach reporting, ensuring accuracy, insights, and timeliness.
- Leverage data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel) to extract, interpret and present compliance insights.
- Manage and improve operational compliance processes and governance activities across the business.
- Transfer and transform raw data into clear reports and actionable dashboards for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with teams across financial crime, breaches, legal, and risk to strengthen enterprise compliance.
- Embrace varied and evolving work that spans technical, advisory, and governance responsibilities.

- Strong working knowledge of compliance, governance, or risk in a financial services or insurance environment.
- Experience using data tools like Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to analyse and communicate insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across different functions with clarity and initiative.
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to provide sound advice to stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfort in a dynamic environment with varied and evolving responsibilities.
