Permanent opportunity for a Blue Collar Recruiter

**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**

Ideally you have a qualification related to Human Resources and solid internal recruitment or talent acquisition role, at Advisor level or higher level. Experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment and knowledge of contemporary recruitment approaches and practices is essential. You'll have extensive experience in utilising recruitment software, such as Big Red Sky or similar. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage constructively and build relationships with a wide range or internal and external stakeholders. You'll have exceptional time management skills, with the ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple recruitment campaigns. You'll need a strong team focus, committed to working in partnership towards shared goals and tasks. You'll also need a valid Drivers licence and ability to obtain a current National Police Certificate.
