We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobilisation Officer to join our team. As an integral part of our mobilisation process, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth induction of blue-collar workers into various industries in Western Australia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in a similar role, possessing excellent attention to detail and high motivation to succeed. You will work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing high-volume blue-collar workers to ensure a seamless mobilisation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BHP, Roy Hill, FMG or RIO mobilisation process support
  • Booking medicals, training, and inductions
  • Managing blue-collar workers to facilitate a smooth mobilisation process
  • Excellent organisational skills, methodical approach, and ability to multitask
  • High attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working well under pressure
  • Proficient usage of Microsoft Office Suite - especially Excel and Outlook
  • Assisting with team events and calendar management
  • Providing support to the General Manager as required

You will possess a strong work ethic and enjoy being part of a successful team that values collaboration and camaraderie.
