About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned labour – recruiter to join our team, supporting various clients across Western Australia and South Australia.

This fast-paced and challenging role is well-suited to an experienced recruiter who thrives in dynamic environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting primarily across blue-collar roles, ranging from kitchen hands and trade assistants to site supervisors and engineers.

  • Experience running and growing a blue-collar desk in a fast-paced agency or internal setting.
  • Candidate attraction and pipeline management skills, with the ability to fill high-volume, quick turnaround roles.
  • Proven experience for building and maintaining productive relationships with hiring managers, site teams, and candidates.
  • Strong administration and compliance focus with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and resilience to thrive under pressure.
  • Proficiency in recruitment systems, databases, and technology.
