Professional Business Analyst

The Role requires collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders conducting key business analysis activities including discovery, analysis and design, and development of user stories.
- Devising functional solutions for new and/or enhanced functionality and/or adaptations of existing functionality is a key responsibility
- Collaborating with client business experts to analyze business processes and practices.
- Interacting with clients through analysis sessions, walk-throughs of business requirements specifications, and product presentations.
- Collaborating with other Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Developers to ensure product vision and designed solutions are feasible and viable.
- Reviewing and advising on software design based on a sound understanding of business requirements and Callista architecture.
- Producing detailed designs and user stories that enable effective and efficient development and testing.
- Assisting with pre-sales activities as required, including preparing documents or contributing to sales presentations.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in articulating complex functional requirements to both technical and non-technical colleagues, peers, and customers.
Key qualifications include excellent ability to identify, articulate, and agree on business requirements, turning business requirements into functional requirements and producing user stories that succinctly describe the functionality required.
