OverviewJoin to apply for the Workplace Coordinator (Site Lead) role at JLL.About the roleThe Workplace Coordinator will assist the Workplace Experience Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services, projects and helpdesk.
The Workplace Coordinator is also required to provide administrative support to the team.ResponsibilitiesFoster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, client sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultantsParticipate in client meetings, and social eventsEnsure that vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as JLL best practiceRaise and submit purchase orders for service calls and quoted worksWork closely with finance team to ensure financial processes are always followed as well as keep track on spend and site budgetResponding to Health & Safety reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses and actionsConduct daily site inspections to ensure all critical infrastructure are in operation, log any actions that need to be takenWhat we're looking forPrior experience in a similar role or has facilities knowledge as well as building services, maintenance and project managementStrong communication skills, written and verbalAbility to deal with pressure and manage competing prioritiesHigh attention to detail and persistence to drive issues to a conclusionWhat to expect from usAs an organisation, we don't just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
