**LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR ROLE**
Twisted Healthy Treats is looking for a proactive and driven Logistics Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time role that will require you to work alongside our Logistics Manager to oversee various aspects of supply chain management and distribution.
As Australia's leading 'better for you' healthy treats manufacturer our working environment is very dynamic and fast-paced. We are looking for applicants who are passionate about learning and working in a nimble team environment.

Twisted Healthy Treats is one of Australia's leading healthy treat manufacturers. With the help of our amazing Sydney based production team, we produce authentic, clean, and delicious frozen products which are available nationwide and in more recent times, overseas markets.

All our products are made from natural ingredients & we are an all Australian made product and 100% Australian owned business. Cass and the team have built an amazing Australian brand and we are well on the way to becoming Australia's best (and favourite) Healthy Treat Manufacturer.
**Role Description**:
- Working alongside and supporting our Logistics Manager
- Support all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing documentation e.g., pallet labels, invoices, transport bookings
- Coordinate with transport providers to ensure shipments are delivered on time.
- Input customer purchase orders into inventory system (Unleashed)
- Input product data into inventory system e.g., inwards at 3PL's, closing out purchase orders
- Monitor and manage day to day issues including follow-up with missed collections and deliveries with transport
- Answering phone calls and general filing of paperwork
- Data entry - daily forecasting
- Following up unpaid invoices with all suppliers
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Logistics based role
- Solid knowledge of inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel and Word
- Must have experience in Excel
- Knowledge of Xero (not essential)
- Can work in a team or autonomously

**Salary**: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

- Ingleburn, NSW 2565: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Supply chain: 2 years (preferred)
