Job Title: Logistics Administration Coordinator
Job Summary:As a Logistics Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end logistics and delivery across various channels. You will work closely with the logistics team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Comply with and direct all legislative requirements of safety systems for all 3PL and warehouse locations
- Support technology and system maintenance tasks related to WMS, Inventory Management, and ERP solutions
- Daily communications with 3PLs to identify priorities and expected timelines
- Track and resolve issues with freight movement between 3PL and stores, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery each week from warehouse
- Assist Inbound Coordinator with supplying relevant documentation to all 3PLs for inbound/outbound stock
- Stay up-to-date with international requirements and restrictions, communicating risks to the wider business in a timely manner
- Monitor shortages or discrepancies of deliveries with relevant parties, including warehouse, merchandising, production managers, and suppliers before shipment
- Ensure economical decisions are made around freight and logistics choices, including method of transport, consolidation, and rate reviews
- Assist Production and Logistics teams with data entry and ad-hoc tasks
- Work with Inventory Controller to resolve inventory discrepancies in 3PL warehouses
- Support Wholesale Operations Coordinator with documentation needed for shipping
- Logistics Invoice validation and processing
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems, EDI integrations, Inventory Management Systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
- Experience in working in a multi-channel fashion retailer (wholesale, owned channel retail, and e-commerce)
- Experience working with offshore teams and suppliers is ideal
- A high level of attention to detail, identifying and rectifying errors and risk
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including calm status updates and solutions
- Operationally sound and process-minded, designing and practicing relevant policies and procedures, including safety-related policies
- A demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently, self-managing personal task lists to deadline
- Self-motivation to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions, particularly in time-sensitive scenarios
- A proactive interest in keeping at the forefront of the logistics industry
