Learning Online is a new age education provider specialising in short online courses carefully crafted to give our students the skills to succeed in work and business.

Founded in 2019, we quickly became one of the leading online course providers within Australia and New Zealand. Our rapid growth and recent expansion overseas has created a number of job opportunities, one being for a Sales Team Leader position.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for an individual with proven leadership capabilities to lead a team of course consultants and help them achieve overarching business objectives.

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL**:

- Have previous experience leading a team within a sales type division
- Manage Team Performance towards both company and team-based targets
- Provide coaching and support to direct reports weekly to improve skills, knowledge, and build capability
- Drive sales performance and team motivation
- Have weekly checks in's to ensure personal goals are set and managed in line with business objectives
- Conduct weekly one on one's with relevant consultants
- Carry out timely implementation of performance improvement plans
- Run morning and afternoon huddles
- Be able to run daily and weekly reporting and analytics
- Possess strong communication skills with a clear confident phone manner
- Be a great listener who is also a skilled problem solver
- A team player who enjoys working in a young, fast paced, dynamic team environment
- Be able to build rapport quickly and be engaging over the phone
- Be available to work Saturdays if required
