Monthly Rostered Days Off and Flexible Working Hours
Full-Time Fixed-Term (6 months).
**Salary Classification**: Health Services Manager Level 1
**Remuneration**: $78,079.01 to $105,030.30 per annum PLUS any applicable loadings and superannuation.
About the role
The Kronos Roster Implementation Lead will play a key role in creating and deploying rosters across hospital facilities to support streamlined rostering processes and maintain compliance with government regulations, relevant enterprise agreement and Calvary policies.
The Kronos Roster Implementation Lead will be responsible for implementing and configuring the Kronos rosters for the hospital project. This role requires a thorough understanding of the Kronos Roster module and experience in implementation projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Providing training to end-users on the Kronos rosters responsibilities.
Ensuring compliance with relevant implementation standards and procedures.
Leading the implementation, configuration and testing of the Kronos rosters for a hospital project
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and configure the Kronos rosters accordingly.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Kronos system, including its functionality, configuration, and integration.
Communicating implementation progress and risks to project stakeholders, including business owners and team members.
What you bring
Strong knowledge and ability in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key internal/external stakeholders.
Exceptional communication with the ability to deliver complex information to business stakeholders and deliver training.
Experience with complex staff rostering, workforce planning or scheduling of large teams, preferable in clinical or hospital settings.
The Calvary Mater Newcastle is an Affiliated Health Organisation providing services to both public and private patients primarily from the Hunter New England area. Current employees of NSW Health can request to have various leave entitlement balances transferred to Calvary Mater Newcastle on commencement.
