About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to join our team as a Roster Management Specialist. This key position plays a critical role in creating and maintaining operational rosters for all services, balancing customer needs with financial and award requirements.

  • Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage leave and temporary shift changes, ensuring seamless continuity of services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries with empathy and accuracy
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements

This role requires experience in 24/7 rostering or resourcing roles, knowledge of Awards and Enterprise Agreements, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

A strong sense of organisation, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit are essential for success in this position. You will be working closely with a dedicated team to support people with disability, young people in Out Of Home Care, and their families.
