Join our Doncaster team as a Store 2IC for our valued client, a leading tech accessories business committed to delivering top-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to assist leading retail operations and drive business growth for our client.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Oversee tech repair services, ensuring timely and accurate repairs while upholding quality standards.
- Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels, implementing strategies to optimize profitability and minimize shrinkage.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail management, with a strong understanding of store operations and sales techniques.
- Experience in Phone Repair Tech is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
