Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Shelving Pro Full time $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Shelving Pro is a growing steel shelving business supplying customers online, in-store, and direct to their homes. We're a small, hands-on team and we're looking for a reliable Warehouse & Operations 2IC to join us.

This role is perfect for someone who's confident on a forklift, great with customers, enjoys getting on the road to do deliveries and happy to take on responsibility day to day. The role is a 2IC to the branch manager.

What we offer

· $70,000 – $80,000 + super (depending on experience)

· Performance bonus/incentive

· Varied role – warehouse, forklift, deliveries, customer service

Your day-to-day

· Pick, pack & dispatch orders

· Unload shipping containers & direct labour hire

· Maintain accurate inventory control

· Operate forklift (licence required)

· Deliver orders in company van/truck (MR licence a bonus)

· Serve customers in our showroom & provide great service

· Step up to oversee daily operations when the Branch Manager is off-site/on leave.

What we're looking for

· Current forklift licence & experience

· Valid driver's licence (manual)

· MR truck licence an advantage but not essential

· Strong customer service & communication skills

· Reliable, independent, and hands-on attitude

· Previous warehouse/logistics experience preferred
