Our Highpoint Shopping Centre location is one of our flagship stores, known for its fast pace, strong team culture, and premium customer experience. We're looking for an energetic and experienced Second-in-Command (2IC) to support the Store Manager and lead the team to even greater success.

About The Role
  • Lead and support daily operations, team development, and sales performance
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised consultations and expert advice
  • Own store merchandising, stock control, and visual presentation
  • Help manage team rosters, opening/closing duties, and customer escalations
  • Coach and mentor team members to grow product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Step up to lead the store in the Manager's absence
  • Be a key part of a fun, high-performing team culture
What We're Looking For
  • Has previous retail or beauty industry experience in a leadership or supervisor role (2IC or similar)
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-traffic retail environments
  • Loves coaching others and leading by example
  • Is results-driven and confident with KPI performance and store standards
  • Has a genuine passion for hair, beauty, and customer service
  • Brings strong communication, time management, and a team-first attitude
