ResponsibilitiesAssist in instrument and robotic-assisted surgical procedures, ensuring the effective use of Zimmer Biomet's productsManage the surgical equipment requirements for each case, promoting the utilisation of ROSA and mymobilityDigital platforms: Utilise mymobility to enhance patient-surgeon communication and care decisionsKeep up to date with new surgical techniques and provide in-service training around Zimmer Biomet technologies and implant portfolioCollaborate and provide training and support to hospital staff on the ROSA surgical robot and the full suite of ZB technologies and portfolioWhat Makes You Stand OutTertiary qualifications: Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Nursing, Paramedicine or Sports/Exercise ScienceMinimum 4 years of industry experienceA passion for health, the human body and advancing technologies to improve the lives of patientsCuriosity and innovative mindset: strong desire to explore new ideas and drive advancementsTechnological proficiency and ability to work with advanced medical technologyYour BackgroundStrong ability to work with technology and attention to detailPositive, can-do attitudeExtensive knowledge of anatomy and kinematicsDemonstrated ability to communicate with and influence others (verbal and written) across stakeholdersAbility to learn new and complex information quicklyHigh level of organizational and time management skillsTravel ExpectationsFrequent travel within state coverage – 90%Infrequent interstate/overseas travel as requiredEOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
