We are searching for a dynamic Senior Sales Representative for our client who is one of the leaders in their industry. Our client works both nationally and internationally, and will therefore accept someone with international experience also. However you must be located within Australia.

As the Sales Representative it will be your responsibility to secure new clients whilst maintaining current clients. This role is both business development and account management working within the construction industry, it will be your responsibility to continue to build their client database by generating leads and opportunity for the business to be included in tenders and quotes. The key to success in this role is your strong relationship building skills and understanding of the technical specifications of the product.

You will be creating opportunities with achitects, engineers, civil building companies.

**Your role**:

- business development and account management
- growing the business by lead generation
- achieve sales targets
- experience working with material manufacturers and/or subcontractors
- provide relevant sales reports to management
- liaising with internal and external stakeholders

**To be successful**:

- minimum two years experience in a similar role
- Utilise your networking, cold calling and relationship building skills to drive sales and new business by developing leads with developers and construction firms
- demonstrated experience of lead generation, creating and closing opportunties
- demonstrated ability to meet your kpi's
- construction material manufacturing or subcontractor selling experience
- dealings with architects, engineers and builders a distinct advantage
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- accuracy when working with quotes
- high attention to detail
- understanding of the civil construction industry

A generous salary is on offer, together wtih commission and a company vehicle.
