Harvey Norman is an Australian Retail icon in the home and lifestyle space. The Munno Para Electrical Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join us in delivering Great Service, Always to our customers.

As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of home solutions and a desire to find the best outcomes for our customers.

To be successful you must :
  • Have a passion for retail
  • Be highly motivated and results-driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
What we require :
  • Experience in or ability to work in a customer-focused, successful retail business
  • High level of electrical product knowledge such as TV, Audio, and peripheral devices to support customer queries
  • Ability to serve customers while managing work tasks around their needs
  • Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer-focused problem solving
  • Experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure customer satisfaction
