Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Change and Project Management Facilitator **to develop and deliver training to the wider Agency on Change Management and Project Management.

**About the role**:

- Develop the training package and resources, and deliver the training to all staff within the department
- Improve the quality of writing in guidance material, written briefs and intelligence products
- Build relationship and engagement skills to better engage with industry, partner agencies and across divisions in the department
- Develop our leaders to support their teams by setting clear expectations
- Provide useful feedback to support their people grow and build their skills
- Work with data to interpret it accurately and explain it clearly to decision makers, industry and partner agencies

**Ideally, you will have**:

- An ability to teach through a mix of in-house delivery, online learning, coaching and mentoring, secondments and mobility options
