Key Responsibilities
This position involves designing and implementing communication, learning & development solutions with project team members and other stakeholders.
Working with senior business stakeholders, you will use your change and leadership experience to simplify, design, and implement technology-enabled change.
You will utilise real-time data to refine your change approach.
Create tailored change management processes to facilitate highly engaged and positive user experiences, enabling the realisation of change benefits and positive impact on daily work.
Develop large-scale change management plans that include change readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, success metrics, and communications activities.
Work collaboratively with various change specialists responsible for day-to-day change management activities within a specific Service Provider or support group.
About You
- Possess an advanced understanding of contemporary organisational change management practice.
- Demonstrate strong experience in developing and implementing an organisational change management strategy.
- Have broad experience working on Agile projects (SAFe preferred), aligning organisational change management activities to Agile delivery.
- Be able to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with other project employees in a respectful manner.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Showcase a proven ability to develop and manage enduring client relationships.
- Demonstrate industry knowledge, understanding how data can be collected, analysed, and utilised.
- Employ a disciplined approach to problem-solving and critically assess information to differentiate true business needs from user requests.
