**Looking for a strata manager.**

**Ongoing growth has created an opportunity for a skilled strata manager, a truly excellent opportunity. This role would suit such a person who is driven and enjoys building relationships with clients.**

**Key responsibilities**
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Conducting Owner Corporation meetings
- Liaising with owners and agents
- Responding to enquiries and correspondence
- Prepare financial budgets and send meeting agendas
- Respond to repairs and maintenance requests
- Ensure issues are followed up promptly
- Attending NCAT meetings
- Thorough knowledge of legislation with strong written & verbal communication skills

- Exceptional Organisation and efficiency
- Prior experience managing BMC's and complex schemes
- Self-motivation and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- Professional and enthusiastic approach to work
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent Customer Service ethics
- Ability to multitask & prioritise
- Prompt follow up and resolution of inquiries
- Overseeing an Assistant
- Holds Class 2 Strata Licence
- Work in a fast-paced environment within a small business
- To work in a team successfully and autonomously.
- The ability to work towards achieving targets
- A Current Drivers Licence and a reliable vehicle
- To be a permanent resident/ Australian Citizen

The successful applicant will enjoy a good salary package in addition to great working conditions and further salary incentives. Additional training is also provided and an ongoing support network is associated with the role.

Our office is located along Macquarie St Liverpool, being within walking distance to Liverpool Train Station and a short driving distance to the M5/M7.

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
