Customer Service Staff For Virtual Reality Centre

VR HERO is a Virtual Reality Arcade centre located at Sunshine Plaza, Maroochydore. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills as well as an interest in gaming or virtual reality You should be highly enthusiastic, reliable and professional.

You will greet customers, explain the rules and safety of playing in VR. Then monitor the games ensuring customers remain safe and have an amazing experience.

**As a virtual reality game master your duties will include**:

- Providing quality customer service to every player
- Explaining rules and safety measures
- Helping customers with headsets
- Monitoring games ensuring customers are following safety guidelines
- Maintenance of VR equipment, troubleshooting and documentation
- Cleaning of store and all equipment
- Administrative tasks including assigned tasks, answering phones professionally, assisting customers with bookings and any other needs

**Your skills should include**:

- Interest in VR and basic knowledge of computers
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Able to work well under pressure and deal with highly excited customers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of PCs and any networking desirable
- Reliable, flexible and able to work both alone and as part of a small team

This is a casual position with shifts available on weekends, extra days available during school holidays and possibly some midweek shifts.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
