Experience the excitement of VR HERO, a new Virtual Reality Arcade centre located in Sunshine Plaza, Maroochydore.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional junior with exceptional customer service skills and an interest in gaming or virtual reality.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing quality customer service to every customer
  • Processing bookings into the system, taking payments
  • Explaining rules and safety measures
  • Helping customers with headsets
  • Monitoring games ensuring customers are following safety guidelines
  • Administrative tasks including maintaining cleanliness, answering phones professionally, assisting customers with bookings and any other needs

This casual position offers shifts on weekends and school holidays, requiring flexibility and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

No prior experience is necessary, but applicants must be willing to learn and adapt quickly.

Successful candidates will have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team.
