VR HERO is new Virtual Reality Arcade centre located at Sunshine Plaza, Maroochydore. We are looking for a junior (15-17 year old) with exceptional customer service skills as well as an interest in gaming or virtual reality You should be highly enthusiastic and professional.

You will greet customers, explain the rules and safety of playing in VR. Then monitor the games ensuring customers remain safe and have an amazing experience.

**Your duties will include**:

- Providing quality customer service to every customer
- Processing bookings into the system, taking payments
- Explaining rules and safety measures
- Helping customers with headsets
- Monitoring games ensuring customers are following safety guidelines
- Administrative tasks including maintaining cleanliness, answering phones professionally, assisting customers with bookings and any other needs

**Your skills should include**:

- Interest in VR
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Able to work well under pressure and deal with highly excited customers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a small team

This is a casual position with shifts available on weekends and school holidays.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
