This role will report to the State Operations Manager and be responsible for the coordination and supervision of yard operational activities supervising the team of forklift drivers to ensure the prompt and safe delivery of freight. This role is imperative to promoting the Safe Work Procedures and ensure that all staff maintain a clean and safe workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervision of the Forklift Drivers.
- Coordination assistance with linehaul.
- Movement of trucks and trailers around the depot.
- Oversee the receipt of freight.
- Coordinate the dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety initiatives as needed.
- Optimise depot layout and storage methods to maximise space utilisation.
- Arrange and coordinate day to day communication within the business.
- Accurately manifesting trailers loads.
- Management of driver paperwork.
- Data entry of customers daily collections via online system and phone calls.
- Assist in other departments when required.
- Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures implemented by the company.
- Service coordinator of Melbourne based fleet and equipment

- Experience in a leadership role.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Manifesting experience desirable.
- At least 2 years' experience driving MC with an unrestricted licence (highly desirable).
- Forklift license is Mandatory.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Computer Skills.
- Strong Administrative and planning skills.
- Are you willing to undergo a pre-employment examination and police check?
- Do you have an ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment?
