**How you'll make an impact**
- The Business Segment Manager will be supporting the growth of the Superannuation and Investment Portfolio.
- You will work with internal partners to manager and drive growth initiatives to maximise performance and member retirement outcomes
- You will assist in developing strategies, operating frameworks, monitoring performance, and helping to optimising results across our distribution channels

**Main Focus Areas**:

- Collaborating with marketing channel teams to drive effective marketing strategies.
- Overseeing the build campaigns and initiatives while collaborating with marketing, technology, product and operations.
- Helping to evaluate performance including monthly and quarterly reporting to Executives and Boards
- Considering external competitor activities and impacts to our distribution strategies.
- Working with data and analytics teams to build appropriate reporting and dashboards to improve revenue, retention and member outcomes.
- Helping to implement agile ways of working, prioritisation sessions and facilitating meetings and agile stand-ups

**What you will bring to the team**

Ideally, you will bring the following experiences to this role:

- 5+ years' relevant professional experience within Wealth Management such as product, financial advice or distribution.
- Business and/or Financial Advice related qualifications (or comparable "on the job" experience).
- Understanding of functional area and a competent understanding of the overall firm and competitive environment.
- Strong attention to detail; and writing skills (previous experience in drafting reports / insights is favourable).
- Strong data and business analysis skills and experience
- Broad knowledge of Legislation and Regulation for Registered Superannuation Entities.
- Presentation development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder / relationship management skills.
- Ability to self-lead and manage / prioritise multiple tasks.
- Acts autonomously on most decisions. Requires guidance on more complex judgements.
- Strong relationship & stakeholder management capabilities applied within a matrix style organisation.
- Ability to multi-task and commercial acumen
- Applies strong understanding of a specialised discipline and basic to intermediate understanding of other disciplines.
- Applies competent understanding of own Sub-Division and Division, the overall Group and its competitive environment.
- Ability to demonstrate day to day decision making that drives efficiency in work and connects with the work of other team members.
- Provides input into new processes, standards or business plans in support of BU/Group strategy, with some impact on results for a division.
- Applies intermediate technical capability within some areas of a line of business/function within a BU.
- Analyses difficult problems and issues; and improves or modifies existing methods and processes in own work area
