The role Reporting to the Manager, Planning your role will play a critical part in providing an initial point of contact for consultation and advice regarding corporate governance activities, specifically in relation to planning and its integration across corporate governance services. The role also works with other governance teams to coordinate activities to achieve corporate governance outcomes.
**The successful personYou will have demonstrated**:

- Demonstrated experience in enabling and supporting effective corporate governance, experience in supporting strategic and operational planning would be highly desirable.
- Strong collaborative stakeholder engagement and communication skills and demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence outcomes diplomatically.
- Demonstrated ability to support a program of work, manage projects, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and ability to identify opportunities to achieve integration and improvements in risk management and corporate governance.
- Demonstrated skills in preparing well-written communication.
- Ability to collate and analyse data, present reports and dashboards, and use the Microsoft Office suite.
