Lead the development of innovative power systems models to drive generator performance and compliance with the National Electricity Market.
About this role
Collaborate with project developers, clients, and EPCs to support grid connection applications and ensure compliance.
Conduct in-depth analyses for renewable asset integration, including stability, load flow, short-circuit, and risk assessments.
Develop and validate complex power systems models using advanced software tools such as PSCAD, PSSE, and DIgSILENT.
Mentor junior engineers in power systems analysis and technical documentation preparation.
The ideal candidate will have
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in power system modelling, grid connection, and generator studies for renewables.
Advanced knowledge of grid connection frameworks and strong communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
