About the Role: As an Allied Health Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our Allied Health Services Team, playing a vital role in creating a positive experience for every client, member, and patron.
You will deliver professional, friendly, and attentive service while assisting with general enquiries.
You'll also work closely with our Exercise Physiologists and Wellness Team to support high-quality care and help people feel confident, valued, and supported throughout their journey.
In this customer-focused role, you'll manage membership and program enquiries, process transactions, and respond with warmth and empathy across all services and programs with our organisation.
Your proactive approach, ability to work independently, and confidence in managing a fast-paced environment will be essential in delivering exceptional service.
We currently have two permanent part time vacancies available, please see roster below:
Vacancy 1:
Monday: 5.15am - 1.45pmTuesday: 5.15am - 1.30pmWednesday: 5.15am - 1.30pm
Vacancy 2:
Monday: 1.00pm - 7.00pmTuesday: 1.00pm - 7.00pm
