ATTENTION SUPERSTAR MEDICAL RECEPTIONISTS:
We are seeking a committed and driven, full-time, Administrative Assistant/ Medical Receptionist for our growing Allied Health Clinic located in the heart of Riverstone, NSW. If successful in your Application, you will need to have demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm in undertaking your daily work and a bubbly personality to match our young and dynamic team. Typically, your day would look something like the following:

- Full-time basis (Monday - Friday, typically 9:00 - 5:00pm).
- Serving patients by greeting and helping them at Reception, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and keeping Reception area clean and presentable.
- Keeping patient appointments on schedule by notifying practitioner of patient arrival and reminding patients of and confirming the next days appointments.
- Ensuring availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records and entering New Patient Information to the system.
- Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information and taking payments.
- Processing Medicare and DVA payments and following up on any rejections or issues.
- Maintaining business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs.
- Protecting patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
- Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Working independently, using initiative to complete tasks.
- Experience with Cliniko is desirable but not necessary.
- Experienced based pay.
- Potential for some hours to be completed at our sister clinic in Richmond, NSW.
