Job Title: Receptionist | Allied Health

This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced receptionist to join our team as an allied health receptionist.

  • Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all
  • Manage incoming phone inquiries and emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings with hospital staff, clients, patients, and their families
  • Prepare and distribute reports as required
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes
Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced receptionist with administration and/or secretarial qualifications and knowledge of medical terminology. You will have strong customer service skills and be able to work with various stakeholders.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
  • Administration and/or secretarial qualifications are essential
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is necessary
  • Strong customer service skills are required
  • Computer literacy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is expected
