You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and drive innovation across clinical and support services in a dynamic rural healthcare setting.
About the role Lead and manage nursing/midwifery and corporate services across both sitesOversee patient care, safety, quality systems, and governanceDrive change, staff development, and service improvement initiativesBuild strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders About you AHPRA registered nurse/midwife with significant post-registration experienceProven leadership in health service management, strategy, and clinical governanceStrong communication, critical thinking, and change management skillsExperience in aged care, acute services, and regional health is desirable Why Join Us?
