Director Of Nursing Services

The primary objective of this role is to provide executive leadership and strategic direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care services across both Naracoorte Health Service and Penola War Memorial Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead nursing and corporate services across both sites
- Oversee patient care, safety, quality systems, and governance initiatives
- Drive change, staff development, and service improvement programs
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- A registered nurse/midwife with significant post-registration experience
- Proven leadership in health service management, strategy, and clinical governance
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and change management skills
- Desirable: experience in aged care, acute services, and regional health
