Assist with coaching and training of hiring managers and support staff in best recruitment and engagement practices.
- Support and assist in the design and delivery of a range of projects and programs as required.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Very high level of confidentiality, discretion and judgement
- Commitment to, and enthusiasm for, client service and delivery
- Experience working with Human Resource Information Systems and a high level of accuracy and competency across e-Recruitment Systems, Microsoft Office and the ability to operate new systems as required.
