Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

The Medical Workforce unit is tasked with effectively managing the medical workforce of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS).
There are no financial or human resource delegations for this position however the Recruitment Advisors oversee the function and day to day responsibilities of the Junior and Senior Medical Workforce teams.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Ensure high quality, contemporary, timely and client-focused service delivery that meets workforce demands.
- Research, analyse and interpret complex HR Recruitment information to provide professional and appropriate HR advice and recommendations (written and verbal) to all levels of the SCHHS
