Reliable Night Auditor Wanted

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to work as a reliable Night Auditor. This role involves handling transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless guest experiences during overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring all guest transactions are accurately processed and recorded.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional responses.
  • Anticipating and addressing guest needs to provide tailored recommendations and exceptional service.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet guest expectations.
  • Finalizing audit and balancing the hotel's systems and accounts each night, ready for the next day.

You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering overnight room service orders.

Requirements:
  • Available to work four overnight shifts per week over a 7-day period.
  • Hold a valid full Australian driver's license.
  • Completed Food Handlers' and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificates.
