**About the business and the role**

Our organization represents many of the top international Airlines in Australia & New Zealand and offer a premium service both to our principals and clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to join our Sydney team.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

**Primary Duties**
- Learn and operate reservation systems for various airlines.
- Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel and keen in computer software.
- Be available for cargo operation duties as per Airlines' requirements.
- Construct aircraft cargo load plans with a view to maximize capacity and payload.
- Coordinate with Airlines' Ground Handlers to meet Airlines' SOP.
- Engage with our clients to promote, book and assist all requirements in air cargo services.
- Post flight check on cargo uplift and coordination with transit hub and receiving stations.
- Post flight coordination with clients.
- Work as a team to handle customer enquiries, bookings, quotations, tracing, claims etc.
- Keen learner and self motivator with passion in Aviation preferred.
- Committed personality with can do attitude.
- A team player.
- Must be able to work independently in due course once trained in Airline systems.

**Skills and experience**

Applicants with Airline Cargo experience will have an advantage, however not required for committed applicants with right attitude.

Office is located at Sydney Airport, Parking provided.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mascot, NSW 2020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
