For more details on our full benefits package, click here.Pay Rates£12.21 per hour (7am-11pm)£15.18 per hour (11pm-7am)Enhanced rate of £15.71 per hour when working between Friday 18:00 to Monday 7:00am.Please note that the weekend rate is a none contractual incentive for working unsociable hours and you will be paid £12.21 during your training.Working HoursWe understand the importance of flexibility – we are currently offering part-time shifts of 24 hours per week where you have a choice of Mornings (07:00 - 13:00) on various weekdays, including some weekend shifts, and Afternoons/Evenings (15:00 to 21:00 on various evenings), and including some weekend hours of 18:00 - 00:00.RolePlease note that this role cannot be worked remotely, and you must be able to attend shifts in our 111- contact centre:Unit 4, Dorking Business ParkStation RoadDorkingRH4 1HJTraining and DevelopmentWe offer extensive, fully paid training to equip you with the skills to become a qualified Health Advisor and learn the advanced NHS 111 triage tool.Schedule: (add specific training dates below, depending on site)Full-Time: Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) for 4 weeksPart-Time: Tues, Weds, Thurs (6pm-9:30pm) and Sat-Sun (9am-5pm) for 6 weeksOur Current Training Date Availability IsPart-Time Course starting on 11th October 2025Full-Time Course starting on 20th October 2025.It is essential that you attend training every day.You will undergo assessments and call audits throughout training.
Passing these is essential to continue with the role.
