About the Role

As a Trained Healthcare Advisor, you will be at the forefront of providing vital care and support to individuals in need. You will work closely with our team to triage calls, provide accurate assessments, and offer non-clinical advice using our advanced NHS Pathways System.

Requirements
  • You must be calm under pressure and empathetic, with excellent communication skills.
  • You should have a passion for providing high-quality care and support, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
